Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. Current prices, included websites, message allowances, trial terms, and billing intervals are shown before checkout.

Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, your subscription may renew automatically. Usage limits reset according to the billing period shown in your account. Taxes and refunds are handled as described at checkout and as required by law.

Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, impersonate people, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or collect personal information without an appropriate basis.

Do not probe private networks, bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, or use automated traffic in a way that creates unreasonable load or cost.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, reliability, or product quality. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other people.

You may stop using the service at any time. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal but may leave access active until the end of the paid period shown in your account.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, chatwithwebsite.com is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made from AI output.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The updated date on this page tells you when the latest version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
